How to Stay Active When You’re Short on Time

Even with a packed schedule, staying active is possible. Here are some quick ways to fit in exercise throughout the day:

1. Take the Stairs – Skip the elevator and use the stairs whenever you can. It’s a great leg workout!

2. Quick Home Workouts – Dedicate 10-15 minutes each day to a home workout, such as bodyweight exercises (squats, pushups, planks).

3. Walk or Bike – Walk or bike to work, school, or the store if it’s feasible. 4. **Desk Exercises** – Try seated leg raises or stretches at your desk to keep your body moving.

5. Active Breaks – During work or study breaks, take a 5-minute walk or do a few jumping jacks.

Short bursts of activity can add up throughout the day and keep you feeling energized.
